Purpose

TODO: CT-004 — replace placeholder with attorney-approved consent.json content before production. This assessment is part of a research study exploring the Greatest Commandment Model (GCM) as a framework for spiritual formation and flourishing.

Voluntary Participation

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time and for any reason, without penalty or loss of access to your results.

Data Handling

Your responses will be stored pseudonymously. If you choose to provide your email address, it is stored in a separate, encrypted table and is never linked to your assessment responses in any data shared with researchers.

TODO: CT-004/Art.9 — attorney must approve this language before production. Your data may include responses that touch on your psychological and spiritual wellbeing. The legal basis for processing this data and any Art. 9 special category classification will be documented here after attorney review is complete.
